New Maserati Gransport to launch at Paris show

Maserati will use the 2006 Paris Motor Show (28 September 2006) to launch a new version of the Maserati GranSport Coupé, the ‘Contemporary Classic’.

The Maserati GranSport ‘Contemporary Classic’ boasts a new full leather interior with stylish piping around the seats and dashboard which is combined with other chic touches, such as light blue instruments as a reminder of Maserati’s heritage and a fully hand stitched leather steering wheel as a link to Maserati’s unique motorsport record. The piping is colour matched to the unique range of exterior colours chosen for the GranSport ‘Contemporary Classic’.

Joining the Maserati GranSport Coupé ‘Contemporary Classic’ on the Maserati stand at the Paris Motor Show will be the GranSport MC Victory, Quattroporte Executive GT, Quattroporte Sport GT and the Maserati MC12 racing car in Vitaphone livery, which is currently leading the FIA GT World Championship (see ItalianCar race report).
