Elle gets a Panda

Elle Macpherson is the first person in the UK to get hold of the latest hot Fiat, the Panda 100HP, with the Australian super model accepting the keys to the pocket rocket at MPH '06 in the UK, the live high performance car event presented by Top Gear's Jeremy Clarkson.

Elle is already a Fiat fan - she drives around London in Fiat Panda 4x4 - and she has been regularly seen wearing designer clothing featuring the Fiat logo.

The Fiat was presented to her by Peter Newton, PR Director of Fiat Auto UK, with support from the team running the MPH '06 Show, Top Gear presenters Jeremy Clarkson and James May as well as Tiff Needell, the presenter from the rival TV Show, Fifth Gear.
